- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions involving credit, employment, tenant, or insurance
- Systematically scrape, copy, or republish site content
- Disrupt the site’s operation or security
3. No Consumer Reports
This site is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Nothing here, including material returned by a linked search tool, is a consumer report. It may not be used to assess eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another purpose covered by the FCRA.
4. Outside Services
Government portals and third-party services, including sponsored search tools, operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control or accept responsibility for their content, availability, pricing, or data practices.

11. Texas Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-records requests to Texas governmental bodies are governed by the Texas Public Information Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 552, and must go to the actual custodian. The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and the Texas Data Broker Act, Business & Commerce Code Chapter 510, provide separate privacy and data-broker rules; they do not change the lawful-use limits in these terms.
12. Severability
If one part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
